Returns depend on variables such as location, property type, average daily rate (ADR), and occupancy. Zen Hospitality actively optimizes these factors through dynamic pricing and hands-on management, with the objective of maximizing annual net income.

Net income is defined as gross booking revenue minus operating costs (cleaning, maintenance, utilities), management fees, and extraordinary expenses (if applicable). A detailed monthly financial report is provided.

The model reduces operational risk through full operational control, continuous maintenance, and diversified distribution channels. However, revenue remains subject to market conditions such as seasonality and tourism demand.

Yes. Financial projections can be developed based on assumptions around ADR, occupancy, and operating costs, including conservative, base, and optimistic scenarios.

Yes, within a defined number of nights per year and subject to calendar availability.

Yes, however all bookings must be channeled through Zen Hospitality to ensure operational control, traceability, and consistency in the guest experience.

Zen Hospitality can coordinate additional services under a cost-plus structure with a logistical fee, particularly for requests outside the standard operating radius.

The contract may be transferred to the new owner. If not, termination terms as defined in the agreement will apply.
